Come join the Hayward South Alameda County NAACP in conjunction with Chabot College and the Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Celebration Committee to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through a musical tribute. Toney Chaplain, Chief of the Hayward Police Department will provide the keynote address, and performances will be provided from Bret Harte Middle School, the Hayward High School Jazz Band, and the Mt.
